About Bites

Bites were born from a mix of curiosity, passion, and a strong desire to do things right.

We are not an industrial bakery, nor do we want to be. We work from home, with small batches, natural ingredients, and processes that respect the rhythm of good bread. There are no shortcuts here: everything we do takes the time it needs to be truly ready.

It all started with the need to reconnect with what’s essential. I wanted to learn how to make bread, but I ended up discovering so much more: I found a way to express myself, to create with my hands, to share something real. Bites were born in my kitchen, surrounded by books, trials, mistakes, and that magical moment when dough begins to come alive.

We are passionate about artisanal baking. We study, experiment, and refine each recipe until it makes us proud. We believe in the power of simplicity: good flour, a living ferment, water, salt… and the right technique to bring it all to life.
